What preparation is expected from me?
After you book, you’ll receive a concise prep guide and a short strategy questionnaire. Plan 20–30 minutes to complete it. We use this to draft story beats, talking points, and question sets so the studio time feels focused and efficient.
Can my communications or PR lead join?
Yes. We encourage key communications partners to join either in‑person or virtually. They can help ensure alignment with existing messaging and sign‑off requirements. For chamber and coalition leaders, we also coordinate with Chamber XChange Network® contacts as needed.
Do you travel or produce on‑location?
Yes. The packages on this page are optimized for our studio environment, but we regularly scope on‑location and multi‑city work for executive teams, chambers, and regional initiatives. Start with a studio booking or contact us for a scoped proposal.
How are payments, invoices, and rescheduling handled?
Payment is collected securely at booking. Invoices are available for finance and procurement. We understand leadership calendars move—rescheduling is available with advance notice based on our production calendar and studio availability.
